While every staff member ensures they follow the regulatory sanitation standards,
we've set up a dedicated team across service centres. This team is always geared
up with protective equipment to sanitize the workshop and cars.
Disposable covers
To maintain the safety standards at all times our service team installs
disposable steering caps, seat covers, gear knob covers, etc. after each
service.
Car hotspot zones to be cleaned
Car high touch spots like door handles, steering wheel, center console and others
are thoroughly sanitized before handing the car over to the customer.
Social distancing
We believe in keeping safe distance. During our interactions with you, or
interactions between our staff, or while servicing your car, we maintain
distance to ensure your health is not compromised in anyway.
Paperless handling
To continue enforcing the norms of social distancing, essential documents like
the job cards too are generated online and shared via emails.
Digital payment options
Opt for an electronic payment method that's most convenient for you. Our service
centers offer RTGS/NEFT transactions, payment through payment apps and gateways.
Free 'pick-up and drop' service
We ensure our pick up and drop drivers fully confirm to hygiene, protection and
social distancing norms while they meet you.
VW assist
In case of an emergency, VW Assist/ Mobile vans to be present to help you

Face Mask, hand Sanitizer, Gloves
Safety is a two way street. While our team at the service center ensures the use
of gloves, sanitizers and masks at all times, we extend the measures to every
customer as well. Feel free to request for them at the Volkswagen service

Thermal screening of customers
Every customer visiting our service center is scanned using a thermal scanner at
the entry point. This ensures we build an environment that's driven by safety
for all.
Deep cleaning of the workshop once a week
Sanitization is of utmost importance in the current scenario. To ensure your and
our employees' safety, every dealership will be mandatorily deep cleaned once a
week.
Sanitize workshop 4 times a day
Our service centers are sanitized atleast 4 times a day. At Volkswagen, safety
never takes a back seat.
Sanitize workshop hot spots every hour
Frequenty touched areas like door handles, computer keyboards, card swiping
machines, discussion tables, washroom door handles and other such high touch
areas are sanitized once every 4 hours throughout the service center to ensure
your and employee safety.
COVID -19 precaution training for all our employees
Our employees are equipped and trained to take necessary precautions to ensure
their and your safety during these times. We wish to ensure you experience only

Sanitization tracker
Sanitization of frequently touched areas and rest of service center will be
tracked once every hour and upto 4 times a day diligently.
Online appointment and service product purchase
We are taking all measures to ensure you stay home and stay safe. You can now
book a range of our service products online or book an online service
appointment, safely from the comfort of your home.
Service cam
Our team doesn't settle when it comes to both safety and transperancy of service.
Our Service Advisors will share a video presentation of your car via SMS link
with you to ensure you are updated about your car even from the comfort on your
home.
Car key drop #DropMyKey
You can choose to drop your car keys at the service center. Be rest assured that
your car will be well take care by our service center.
Dedicated and mandatory parking bay for each car
To ensure social distancing is mantained at all times, one dedicated personnel
will service your car in a designated car parking bay.
